subsidized senior apartment, or in the New York City low income apartment (NYCHA).
This program also provides Real Property Tax Credit, Home Energy Assistance Program,

This program assists qualified immigrant seniors to be covered by Medicaid, Medicare
and Elder Pharmaceutical Insurance Coverage Program. Program arranges immigrant
seniors to get immunized in timely fashion. This program also assists the children
under 18-years of age to enroll in Children Health Plus. |

Service
This program provides escort services so that immigrant seniors can navigate
the City, and that they can keep appointments. Escort services also facilitate
for immigrant seniors to have interview with government agency staff for official
business. |

Training
This program is open for indigent immigrants of all age group. Program provides
basic computer skills to indigent immigrants so that they become equipped to
secure entry-level employment. Program also provides advanced computer training
to those who want to become skilled professionals. |

Care
As a member of Queens Palliative Care Network, program assists terminally ill
patients to manage their pains better through education, casework and referral
to Hospitals, Hospices or Home Care Agencies. |
