Worked or lived in World Trade Center area / Were evacuated from the area / Have a child that went to school nearby / Lost a family member or were financially dependent on a person who died / Were seriously injured / Were and official rescue or recovery worker / Worked at Ronald Reagan National Airport or are a family member of anyone listed above.
